Delay Analyst Director (BSc / HND Required)

A Director of Delay Analysis is required to work at the largest built asset consultancy in the UK. This company is owned by an experienced and successful partnership and are looking to appoint more than one individual who can take responsibility for the highest quality of service in forensic planning / delay analysis and to develop new and existing relationships with clients.

The role involves developing standards and quality of delay analysis, so that this company is recognised as the market leader in this field, being aware that the success is grounded in the reputation of our all their staff, interfacing with all departments throughout the company to provide internal advice on planning and programming related issues and developing new business opportunities with the global Contract Advisory Services ("CAS") community.

The successful applicant will assume the role of Director of Delay Analysis. The role requires you have a BSc in Civil Engineering / Construction Management, with a minimum of 15 years delay analysis experience and an extensive planning background in construction or civil engineering. Awareness and experience of other key industries such as Oil and Gas, M&E and Rail will be an advantage.

The company are located in modern and stylish offices at King's Cross, with good transport links to North London, South London and the home counties. The role offers £90,000 - £120,000 plus excellent package and further training and development.
