Spanish / Latin American Nanny wanted - London

We are a warm and happy Anglo-Spanish family living in London –close to Hampstead – looking for a Nanny / housekeeper / mother’s help. We have had a wonderful long term Spanish nanny and sadly she is leaving to start her university degree.

We are looking for someone who is fun, happy, mature, responsible, flexible, has lots of energy and initiative. We would like someone who loves teaching children and will love doing arts and crafts, reading, music, cooking, swimming, outdoor activities, sports and teaching Spanish. You would speak Spanish to the children all the time. The perfect person would be brilliant at coming up with interesting, diverse and fun activities for babies and toddlers. You must be great at multi-tasking - enjoy planning and making healthy, tasty and varied meals, doing housekeeping duties, doing pick ups to nursery... Experience with looking after children (and preferably babies too) is very important. You must be confident and capable of looking after and entertaining more than one child at once when needed. You need to have papers to work and excellent references.

The job is full time – mainly Monday to Friday. Flexibility is really important as we will need some evening and weekend work. We would prefer live-in. Ideally we’d like someone who would like to stay long term and become an integral part of our family. Start date negotiable. Interview from October.
