Scandinavian Technical Support

Norwegian or Swedish or Danish Speaking Technical Customer Support officers - Poole, Dorset required for my telephony services client. You will need to be IT literate and able to respond to technical queries in Norwegian or Swedish or Danish fluently (native speaking ideally). The role is part of the team that covers Customer Service and technical support. Daily Duties are Dealing with customers with mobile phone related issues via email and over the phone and logging all data accurately into a Database. Excellent customer service skills are needed to work for my client who are known for providing technically outstanding customer support on all mobile phones and accessories that are sold, which covered over 150 products.
