Human Factors Engineer

A Human Factors Engineer is required by our client, an established engineering consultancy who operate within the Defence and commercial markets. The company is looking for a Human Factors Engineer to join the existing team - the work is varied and can be of a government sensitivity.

Security Clearance would need to be obtained during the recruitment process.
The client can offer a career structure and development program to make sure you maintain or become a Human Factors expert.

As a Human Factors engineer you would of been educated in a relevant field either Human Factors or Ergonomics.. and would of gained some commercial experience. Our client will be recruiting either a seasoned Human Factors engineer or a more recently skilled candidate.
Human Factors engineers with experience in dealing with clients and delivering solutions within defence projects or commercial projects will need to show how they overcame objections , obtained requirements and worked to successful goals.

Salary will be determined by skills/experience within Human Factors engineering.
