Quantity Surveyor
Quantity Surveyor required for an established Tier 1 Main Contractor. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on a framework agreement for a South East London local authority. Works will include replacement bathrooms and windows, roofing repairs and various other works. Quantity Surveyors will be working as part of a large commercial function, reporting to a Managing Quantity Surveyor. Quantity Surveyors with a background managing teams on similar types of framework-based jobs will be advantageous. Ideally we’d be looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years post graduate experience who wants to join a long standing reputable main contractor working for one of the most successful divisions within the company group.
Quantity Surveyors will be based on site in Lewisham or at Head Office in East London, whichever is more convenient for the candidate.
Quantity Surveyor – Key Skills
* 4+ years post graduate experience
* Main contracting experience
* Local Authroity framework experience beneficial
* Degree qualified beneficial
Quantity Surveyor – Salary & Benefits
* £45,000 - £55,000 Basic Salary
* £Travel/Car Allowance
* Negotiable package for the right candidate
