Brand Specialist

Job Description

Brand Specialists will be promoting a well-known telecommunications service. This is a very information-focused program, with some sales components. You will be creating leads whom you will be forging working relationships with.

Your duties will include:
• Initiating leads in an assigned area
• Forging working relationships with leads over a period of 3 months
• Providing instruction and information to potential consumers in a business setting and in-language to native Spanish speakers
• Promoting well-known brand to loyal and new consumers
• Encouraging sales through long-term loyalty development

This is a full-time, contract position which will span approximately 12 weeks. You must be available from approximately March 1st to June 5th, 2009.

Requirements/Qualifications
Candidates should possess the following qualities:
• Two years minimum sales experience
o Prefer experience in tech/mobile, advertising, real estate sales
• Passion about a product/service
• Fluency in both English & Spanish (written AND spoken)
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Comfortable using technology-focused products
• Professional appearance
• Comfortable approaching potential customers in a friendly manner
• Patience in guiding the public through a series of instructions
• High school graduate, at least

During the life of this program, your skills as a bilingual/bicultural sales & promotions-focused individual will be observed. This brand is looking to boost its bilingual (Spanish-speaking) sales force at retail locations. There is potential for full-time position at retail level for outstanding candidates.
