Role: New positions exist for experienced German speaking pre-sales managers to join their European sales team. Pre-sales managers are responsible for a team of pre-sales professionals who take tech specs, customer requirements and proposal details from the sales teams and present solutions; RFI/RFP’s and assists the sales team “win the deal”. The pre-sales team is responsible for pushing the sale forward to ensure it is closed and that it is properly processed.

Skills: The ideal candidates will possess native level German, with fluent English and possess at least 5 years sales management experience. Candidates should be from a technology sales background (Hardware, software or CRM) and be able to demonstrate ability to manage a sales team, manage a complex sales cycle, maximize sales opportunities, cross sell, close deals, negotiate contracts, prepare RFI/RFP and forecast sales opportunities. You will carry a sales target that will be based on sales volume, quality of proposal, pre-sales demonstrations and wins so you will need to be able to assist with sales to “C-Level” contacts and travel to business meetings.
