The candidate will provide 2nd Level Support of Complex issues for German speakers clients, within a Helpdesk Environment within an International Team.
Will report to the Technical Manager as well as the Local German speaker country Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- Native German and Fluent in English, other languages are valuable
- 3 years of relevant working experience, with 1 year (minimum) handling tech support duties as
troubleshooting Internet/networking problems including common protocols (TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP, FTP, SMTP. DNS, DHCP, etc), as well as: opening/closing ports, configuring firewalls, routers, proxies, setting up DMZs, public/private IPs, etc.
