In this role you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Acquire expand and retain strategic named accounts
- Lead the sales activity for assigned strategic named accounts (regional or national)
- Work in partnerships with clients in order to gain understanding of requirements and deliver top solutions
- Gain understanding of the customers business and specific strategic needs and how the companys solutions fit in the context of their business
- Drive problem solving to support strategic named accounts in terms of short- and long-term solutions
- Assess on an ongoing basis the quality of delivery of solutions to address customers needs
- Focal point of contact as sales representative for strategic named accounts regardless of location
- Acquire new business within strategic named accounts
- Manage relationships with strategic named accounts and interface with strategic partners
- Ensure financial control of the specific budget for each key account
- Provide adequate and timely reports (financial timesheets etc.) and input for the sales forecast regarding assigned strategic accounts
- Provide input into marketing initiatives related to customer acquisition
- Act as a resource to develop the strategic thinking for the management team of the region
- Effectively present and represent the company in the country or market
- Play active role in the regional sales team
- Professional cooperation with commercial and technical sales support staff within the region/country
