After comprehensive studies about the production of polycrystalline silicon polysilicon as a new business, the company now has decided to construct a first polysilicon plant in Asia with a capacity of several thousands of tons per year. Job DescriptionAs the future Chief Operations Officer of this business unit, your task will be to run up a polysilicon plant operation by providing technical and engineering leadership, which enables mass production of polysilicon at commercial competitive level. Your role includes to develop detailed short- and long-term operational plans to implement the  strategy within agreed budgets and time-scales.QualificationsYou should have about 10-20 years of engineering, operations and leadership experience within the polysilicon industry, preferably from one of the established players in the market.
