"Ensuring timely and correct payments to employees and authorities for the location in Germany by taking in account correct execution of laws and regulations regarding social security and tax regulations Managing vendor relationships with external consultants Providing consultation for employees and HR colleagues, and ensuring service-orientated support for internal and external customers Further increasing the usage of SAP-HR to support standardized payroll processes in the best possible way Communicating HR payroll standards and harmonized payroll procedures to employees and internal customers Initiating continuous improvement for payroll processes Knowledge Skills and Abilities:Excellent command in English and German written and spoken High level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions, ideally also with SAP-HR and Internet Very good MS-Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills International mindset Qualification:University degree Minimum of 5 years of overall work experience in Payroll Management, 3 of which are in a managerial capacity Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an international company with matrix structures"
