"Owing to continued expansion we require an employee to fill this integral and exciting position.Central Tasks: Recruitment: personnel requisitions, status changes, administration of contact for applicants, interviews, job advertisements, developing/implementing and maintaining new channels for recruiting employees Preparation and development of statistics for personnel controlling, presentations, employee information, etc. Support of administration for all employees and contractors in Celle and other locations writing references, giving advice on questions, taking care of contract changes, salary increases, etc. Close co-operation with the Works Council Optimizing HR processes and assisting management to set up necessary guidelines related to HR issues Development, implementation and maintenance of personnel development tools as well as leadership tools Advising supervisors how to lead their staff effectively and giving support in administrative questions Responsibility or support to internal or international projects Being co-responsible for HR IT systems Proposals to improvements within HR, projects, employee relations, etc.Your Qualifications: University degree economics or similar Several years of working experience in HR with good knowledge about personnel development, labor law and social insurance regulations PC literate MS Office, SAP R/3 Very good English spoken and written Good knowledge about working methods moderation, interview techniques, etc. Flexibility, high engagement, conceptual skills, strong in viewing things from the company’s point of view, cost consciousness, taking initiatives, effective time management, stress resistance"
