Global Therapy Head - Respiratory & Infectious Diseases

Within this role you will assume overall Global responsibility for the therapeutic management and direction of the Project Management department in the delivery of quality Clinical Trial Management services. Reporting directly into the Vice President you will be the principal therapy area client contact and will collaborate closely with my client’s customers on setting objectives, strategy and tactical plans to assure delivery and commercialization of their products.

You will play a pivotal role in evaluating the current processes of the therapy area and evaluating the infrastructure of both the therapeutic and operational teams and driving through appropriate task forces to develop and optimize resolutions where required.

While this role holds no direct reports you will be fully immersed in ensuring that Directors regularly provide feedback to team members on individual performance and you will participate in the performance review process and on-boarding of new employee’s where necessary.
Suitable applicants will hold Post Graduate Qualifications (PhD preferred) and have extensive Global Project Management experience in Respiratory Medicine or Infectious Diseases to include demonstrable experience in strategic development.
