French/English 1st and 2nd line technical support in Brussels, Euro 27-30K+ Company: Our client is a leading IT Consulting company. Their European headquarters is based in London. Role: As part of their European technical support team you will support customers on a variety of inbound IT related calls requiring you to troubleshoot their IT issues. You will take between 30-60 calls per day that will require you to troubleshoot customer queries on pc applications, hardware, software, and networking. Occasionally you will be asked to perform troubleshooting on site. Skills: The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years experience in hardware / software and remote support. Knowledge of PC architecture and IT Infrastructure, DOS and Windows OS (98, NT, XP, Vista etc), Networking and Exchange Server. MCSE is preferable in order to be considered for the role.
