Sitel is looking for new Finnish employees to provide usability/technical support to customers of our client.

· Your job will be to support a variety of IT related products from within our contact centre. Our customers demand seriously high quality and our staff reflect that quality. Our agents have got it all – essentially a strong technical background including knowledge of the most up-to-date technologies like wireless LAN and Bluetooth all balanced with the very best in customer service skills and attitude. Time is of the essence and identifying technical issues and providing quality solutions in a fast paced environment is communicated to the customer in an empathetic and caring manner.
JOBDESCRIPTION
· Being first point of contact for Nokia customers in Estonia
· Handle all questions related to user support, troubleshooting, repair processes, presales, handset models and accessories…via telephone, e-mail, internet and fax.
· Investigate issues/orders and solve them, with ownership and demonstration of common sense
· Follow up customer requests and make sure that no customer is left without care and appropriate answer
· Promote Nokia-products and Nokia-websites including possibilities to self-support like software updates to customers when appropriate
· Represent Nokia towards customers and contribute to the corporate image through excellent soft skills
· Keep personal knowledge up-to-date on telecom, IT and customer care
PROFILE
· Vocational (technical) education and/or earlier work experience in technical support
· Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
· “Helping is my second nature, I can find a solution to any problem”, “I am a detective, a listening ear, a sharp admin and a prime communicator”!
· Stress resistant, positive, constructive
· Initiative taking, proactive and eager to learn
· Administrative affinity, mastering of Microsoft Office.
· Language skills: fluency in Estonian and very good command of English. Any other language would be an asset.
· Working in a flexible work schedule is no problem for you
