We are looking for a fully competent Customer Service Administrator to join our small and young team in Leuven.
The ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with customers to resolve their problems and exceed their expectations.
You will go that extra mile to build and maintain relationships with our customers; making them feel valued, treating them with respect, and providing them with an all-round positive experience that will help increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
As a Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for a range of duties from co-ordinating deliveries, notifying customers and ensuring all paperwork is passed through for invoicing. You will be required to process orders and help out with the office administration.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following.
* Experience of working in a customer service environment
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Be a Team Player.
* Customer escalation handling skills
* An analytical approach to problem solving
* Strong admin skills
* Good IT literacy skills
* Native English speaker
