Bilingual French – Dutch speaker for booking agent role in B

Company: Our client is one of the most fine and elegant hotels in Brussels and it is part of an international chain of luxury hotels. Currently they are looking for a bilingual Dutch and French speaker to join their reservations team.
Role: As a booking agent, you will receive calls from clients, take reservations and find the solutions to guarantee the best services. You will be the interface between the hotel and the clients for every question and to promote the corporate image.
Skills: The ideal candidate will speak bilingual French and Dutch, with fluent English; speaking a 4th language will be an advantage. You will have at least one year of experience in a similar role: reservations, customer support, sales support and a high level of education. You will have knowledge of Fidelio software and computer skills like Word, Excel and Outlook.
