French speaker for credit collections

Company: Our client is a leading brand name in their industry. They have developed their brand and products over the decade with sales offices all across Europe and a European support centre based in Spain.

Role: New credit and collections positions have been created in their European finance team in Barcelona for a native French speaker to support their French customer base. This position involves credit checking new corporate accounts, reducing bad debts, chasing outstanding debts, resolving account queries and managing a portfolio of customer accounts.

Skills: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years credit and collections or account receivable experience and will speak French to native level. A good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong numerical skills are essential for this role.
