FRENCH Business Manager Trainee

Three60 Recruitment are working in partnership with a highly prestigious client recruiting for ambitious and motivated graduates based in France whom our client can train intensively to become top class sales managers. You must be able to complete a 12-24 week training period based in the companies UK head office. Accommodation and financial support will be provided.

You will be a graduate and will either have some work experience in a sales related background or will be able to demonstrate a flair for sales. Our clients Regional Managers are out and about every day, so you will enjoy being outdoors, rather than stuck in an office. Youll also be very practical and like working in a casual environment.

Our clients team of Regional Business Managers looks after our clients network of companies and coaches them to success. You will spend most of your time out and about, rather than stuck in an office. Youll be in control of your
own work schedule, planning who to work with, when and what to do with them.

It is an exciting and varied role no two days will ever be the same.

Each Regional Business Manager looks after a region of around 25 businesses, each with different skills. One day you might be teaching closing tactics to a new business, who has never sold before. The next day you could be leading a sales planning meeting with a mature business. Additionally you will run regular sales meetings, product launches and promotions to help keep your region of businesses motivated. You may even arrange regular social events too.

How do we train you?

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person. You can expect first class sales training, both in the classroom and the field and to gain experience in business, coaching, training and sales management. Firstly our client will teach you how to sell, as if you were a new business. This is because the ability to sell our clients products is at the heart of your role. They then teach you how to manage and motivate people and give you all the skills you need to become an excellent sales manager and coach. As soon as youre confident and demonstrating results then you will manage your own region. This is generally only a few months after starting to work with your first business. This means that you will have a lot of responsibility really quickly.
