German Healthcare Support Agent in Strasbourg, Euro 30K

From their European Shared Service Centre, located in Strasbourg, they support their internal and external customers to provide the best quality service.

Role: They are now looking for reliable and experienced German Customer Support agents to join a team of professional coordinators. In this role you will be the main contact with the client ensuring an excellent service. Considering this company is in the Health industry, the quality of life of patients is influenced by the quality of their service and therefore the responsibility will start with you. You are able to solve problems and can come up with solutions where required!

Skills: In order to be considered for this role you need to have a Life Science degree or professional experience in the healthcare sector. You will have a native level in German with fluent English both spoken and written and excellent communication skills. Furthermore you are able to act quickly and solve problems efficiently. The ideal candidate has some previous experience in a contact centre.
