Deal Reporting LEad

More specific to this role: the primary responsibility of the Deal Reporting Lead is to support the Pricing Service & the Strategic Pricing Council for European theatres. The reporting elements will include:

* Client Reporting, Discounting Trends & Analysis by Product & Customer Attributes, Win/Loss analysis, Competitive Analysis and Pricing & Cost Analysis as well as Programs & Promotions .
* Many of these data elements do not have global definitions and will require the Deal Reporting Lead to drive agreement, identify process gaps, lead process changes, document system requirements and enhancements to enable accurate and timely reporting.
* This position will also require to drive a process and solution for CSF to improve their ability to forecast discounts.
* This will require strong partnership and collaboration with Deals Desk management, Sales Finance Theater teams, FP&A, Channels Finance & Channel Ops, Deals Desk Ops team, WWSPS IT and Legal to bring full concession visibility.
* Establishes the affordability criteria and/or business volume objectives for the enterprise and supports/partners with operating management in the planning and implementation of client group strategies.
* For positions supporting business units, this includes understanding competitive and market dynamics pricing assumptions, promotions and the impact of plans on both PL and the balance sheet. Ensures financial and business volume outlooks and forecasts are accurately represented and opportunities/risks managed to the company's benefit.
* Responsible for achieving results that will affect project, function or program costs, personnel and deadlines.

* Is viewed as a technical resource by peers in the same organisation; partners with client groups, taking ownership of their objectives to achieve business results

In addition, this position will partner closely with other members of the Reporting Enablement Team to enable reporting solutions in support of the Deals Management Simplification (DMS) Project. The Deal Reporting Lead will be able to understand the business conditions to produce analysis and to put forward the analytics around the reports. He/she will drive rules & threshold around the pricing and will help drive business decisions.
