Trilingual Community Manager

Mission

You'll work with the Operation team which manages massively connected games launched by F4 (MMORPG). You'll have to develop the community and the loyalty of languages concerned (German, Spanish, Arabic or Russian) giving them the best client support:
Manage and liven up the community through on-line and off-line events creation
Report players needs to development teams and manage communication of the company toward the community (chat, forum, news, newsletters)
Develop players community using Internet marketing and community tools (forum, blog, social network, etc.)
Moderate talks channels of the company (official forum, in game chat, etc.)
Ensure client support (e-mail support tool)
Take part to new version tests
F4 is looking for 4 Trilingual Community Managers with one of the following as main language: German, Spanish, Arabic or Russian.

Profile
Excellent knowledge in one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Arabic, Russian (mother tongue if possible)
Excellent level in English and French
Good writing skills
You're dynamic and autonomous, you have a developed sense of service and a really good contact with clients
Experience in client support specially Business to Customer service
Good Internet, social networks and massively multi players games culture
Knowledge of common office applications (word-processing tool, spreadsheet program, etc.)
Quality required:
Knowledge in computer graphics (Photoshop, illustrator, etc.)
Passionate of video games, particularly of persistent universes
Passionate of sports specially sports current events
Possibility to work during weekend and on staggered working hours
Salary according to profile and experience.
Open-ended contract, Paris 8th arrondissement.
