Manage the day-to-day administration for the company, providing and managing a wide range of office support functions to the different departments. Managing the Administration department, this includes a finance specialist and accounting assistant. The main responsibility for ERP, financial reporting, financial analysis, chart of account, inventory valuation and SOPs. Ensure, monitor and check that all accounting matters are handled timely and accurately. Manage all accounting and reporting activities. Responsible for credit management. Responsible for cash flow planning, reconciliation, and treasury handling. Assess and review processes to seek for efficiency improvements and cost reduction potentials. Prepare annual budgets and periodical forecast. You are responsible for total activity, performance and budget of financial function. Responsible for all issues handling which the accounting and financial principle is concerned. Responsible for account cash flow management including efficiency and effectiveness to maximize the company interest. You are direct responsible to provide essential financial report, budget execution performance report. Responsible for closing month financial statements.
