Customer Service Representative Service 24h German departmen

Customers experiencing a vehicle breakdown can contact the Service 24h department for roadside assistance 365 days per year, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.

Job Description:
Employees answer incoming calls from customers requiring assistance.
Details are collated and entered into a computerised system. In case the problem canôt be solved by telephone, the employee contacts the nearest dealer who will send out a technician.
The philosophy is to ensure the customer is mobile again as quickly as possible.

Candidates Requirements/ Skills/Ideal Candidate
ô Higher vocational education
ô Mother tongue German
ô Good knowledge of English
ô Good written and verbal skills
ô Advanced negotiation skills
ô Computer literacy
ô Knowledge of German geography
ô Experience in customer care
ô Good understanding of customer satisfaction
ô Team player
ô Open-minded to a diversity of cultures.
ô Ability to prioritize, analyze, plan and coordinate on high volumes

Some of our working terms and conditions
ô ô 1670 p.m. gross (based on 30 hours a week average)
ô Extensive relocation package
ô Shifts: as we are in the middle of testing new shift-patterns, there is not a lot to communicate about the shifts, candidates have to be available on all days (also nights) and will of course receive their schedule 4 weeks upfront.
