The Infrastructure Delivery Manager is primarily responsible for hosted infrastructure delivery management and meeting service level (SLA) commitments for the companies hosted infrastructure, disaster recovery, and storage infrastructure.   The core responsibility of the position will be to identify and assign priorities and resources for project execution. This will need to be done in a way so as to optimize schedules to meet operational commitments and complete assigned projects within time and budget constraints.   A key aspect of the role will be the requirement to develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with technology peers and staff across the global organisation.   Responsibilities:   Ensuring that infrastructure components of application development projects are planned and executed within all required expectations and timescales. Actively promote the team\'s abilities and ensure early involvement in new global initiatives and projects Responsible for working with the application and operation teams to keep all parties informed and involved Responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting on initiatives and projects that are vendor related Communicates with the business to define project scope and priorities Identifies, mobilises and manages resource requirements for delivery of the projects Develops and maintains a risk management log for each project that includes identifying mitigation strategies and contingency plans Ensures consistency of project solutions with strategic direction giving consideration to regional and global issues Proactively supports and promotes knowledge sharing within the technology team
