Job description

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

*Effectively manage relationships with customers, resolving all issues/problems in a professional and timely manner, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
*Provide advice to the customer and sell the company's products and services.
*Liaise internally with different departments to solve customer problems.
*Process inquiries, quotes and orders and administers correctly in order entry program.
*Provide support to the field sales staff.
*Coordination and communication with field sales; including extensive telephone contact and internally by utilising communication programs.
*Occasionally go on field trips and attend trade shows.

Candidate Profile

*MUST BE Native Spanish with Fluency in English and Portuguese (alternatively Italian or French can be considered)
*Medium level of education - High School, HAVO, diploma
*Experience with being in regular phone contact with customer, customer service, call centers, inside sales etc.
*Administration experience - secretarial, organisation, filing, computers etc.
*Minimum of three years working for one company
*Has lived in Holland for minimum of two years
*A good communicator both face to face and on the telephone
*A strong eye for detail, must work well under pressure and be able to multitask
*Must be computer literate
*Our client is looking for a motivated person who is a team player, positive, responsive and curious
*An interest in technical issues would be an advantage
