Customer Services You will be giving information, support and service in an effective way to customers and, if applicable, travel agents in order to improve customer satisfaction. Your duties will include: " Answering questions coming in through various communication channels within set targets " Providing information on specific services and subjects " Searches for information in the computerized systems or manuals " To guide website visitors through the website finding an answer for their questions in order to make a booking " To handle complaints by analyzing, explaining and, if possible, by offering a solution Reservations & Sales You will give information to customers on flight fares, availability and schedules, recognizes sales leads and acts upon them, explains advantages of the product over competitive airlines and searches for alternatives if the customer's initial wish cannot be fulfilled in order to conclude a sale and to increase turnover for the company. You will be able to: " Listen to the customer's question or request searching for or using a possible sales lead. " By using the available systems and manuals, answers questions and handling requests aiming to make a reservation Required are: " General (HAVO) or professional (MBO) secondary education level of work and perception " Good knowledge of English and fluent in at least one other European language, both written and spoken " Experience in working with computers Preferred are: " Education in tourism " Proven sales & service attitude " Experience in working at a call centre and/or in a travel/airline related industry If you are interested in this vacancy please send your resume and cover letter to: [Email oculto]
