2x Export Coordinators-Dutch, English (&French)-Schiphol-Rij

Our client, an International Logistics Company based in the Schiphol- Rijk area, is looking for 2 Temporary Export Coordinators who speak Dutch, English and Preferably French fluently, for a period of 6 to 9 months (with a possible extension).


MAIN TASKS

The Export Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the execution of the Export Orders from the ELC to the B&L Distributes and B&L entities in and outside the European Union is done correctly and in time.

Making sure the right processes, procedures and lead times are followed from order entry to the actual delivery and any after sales activities are followed up is a must.

In this role the Coordinator works in the Export Team 'hands on' on daily Export Management activities, being responsible for follow up on the right Logistics and Service priorities in the Supply Chain and the rest of the organization to meet or exceed the Customers of B&L in regards to Order Management and After Sales

The Coordinator is seeking opportunities in and outside the organization to improve processes to enhance the service to the Customer.

The Coordinator is trained to be able to do most activities in the department affecting the Customer Experience in a positive manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Maintain and build professional and long lasting relationships with B&L Distops organization in Lyon, the logistic teams in the B&L entities outside the EMEA Region and all Stakeholders in Supply Chain and the supporting organization such as IT, HR, QA and Finance.
*Working against set targets in regards to Export Order Management, Process Improvements, Service Complaints and Inquires on speed and quality.
*Stabilize processes in accordance with legal (internal and external) internal and external obligations is a must
*Providing pro-actively information, feed back and support in regards to Logistics Services to the customer.
*Providing standardized professional communication in writing and spoken to internal and external customers in regards to support of all processes in Supply Chain
*Maximize Customer Experience
*Responding timely and correctly to Customer needs as described in SLA's and procedures
*Shipping performance Export Orders
*Specific goals Export management as described in annual PMP process

REQUIREMENTS
*Candidate must have a bachelor level education in Business Studies or International Trade
*Experience required 3-4 years within an export and order management department.
*Candidates who have completed an internship within a similar environment will also be considered, along with a university degree in the relevant discipline.
*Fluent command of Dutch and English. French is an asset.
*Strong desire to succeed in a dynamic environment.
*Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
*Able to start asap - 1 July preferably
