You will interface with assigned customers to handle all pre and post sales support functions with a focus on supporting the maintenance of revenue generating activities associated with these accounts. Manage assigned customers within corporate established policies and operational guidelines. Develop and maintain relationships with customer base and field sales partners to insure seamless and superior customer satisfaction within assigned accounts. Assigned accounts are mediumto large in unit volume (gt;10K units/week) and complex in structure and maintenance requirements.

Account responsibilities include multiple sales channels and require the ability to execute multiple business processes, problem solve and coordinate cross-functional resolution of customer and sales related issues.
