Actively managing the Accounts Receivable for our European markets and improve where needed. Reducing the DSO (Days Sales Outstanding). Monitoring the overdue out standings. Daily communication with Customer Service Department and external agents regarding their collection activities and debtor agreements/issues. Make daily reports. Main contact person for Credit Insurance Agency. Set up and standardizing procedures regarding reminders, claims, complaints etc. Reporting to Credit Control Manager
