Essential Duties and Responsibilities


¡± Interfaces with assigned account managers to handle all account management administrative functions:

o Establish customer profiles in established database system (Creating customers, ship to locations, maintaining customer part number cross reference etc¡K)

o Receive and enter customer orders through order entry system (trade orders, internal orders, sample orders, accommodation orders etc¡K)

o Manage system operations for order lifecycle (booking, prioritizing and scheduling orders) ¡V as above

o Receive and enter customer inventory and sell-thru data weekly (entering onhand inventory, sell-thru data, performing reseller merge etc¡K)

o Manage system operations for customer Demand data (entering demand forecast and off-cycle data intheDemand management application)

o Resolve RMA Warranty CRI queries and liaise with Service Operations on daily basis





¡± Maintain collaborative working relationship with account managers, sales managers and internal Global Parties to insure seamless support for all assigned accounts.
