Junior Supply Chain Manager

Our client is a very dynamic, international player in the FMCG. The culture is open, informal and hard working. Ambitions are rewarded, they have an extensive development program. As a Junior Supply Chain Manager you are part of the operations department and will report to the Regional Manager.

Amsterdam - Good career objectives - 2.600 - 3.200 euro gross p.m.

The main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Determine and manage the optimum replenishment of products into the markets' warehouses
• Work with the in-market Supply and Logistics Managers to ensure good quality forecasting
• Work closely with the production site on planning and despatch of the goods to reflect changes to demand
• Measure and report KPIs
• Contact with brand managers of the markets to assure the efficient introduction of new products from a supply perspective
• Project: Brand presentations to gain better product awareness

Our ideal candidate fits the following criteria:

• Relevant education on mbo or hbo level or equivalent
• About two years experience within supply chain and inventory management
• Strong English skills are required, a second language is a plus
• Good knowledge of Excel and SAP
• Energetic, strong personality
• Good communication and relationship skills
• Healthy ambitions to develop yourself within the company
