Logistics:

  • Liaising with external logistics company
  • Co-ordinating monthly deliveries from distributors
  • Processing shipping and purchasing documentation
  • Stock control
  • Reporting: including sales report, forecasting, stock reports, logistics cost, purchasing plan and assisting with yearly audit report

General Office Management:

  • Assisting expat staff by applying for work permits within appropriate time frames
  • Processing general HR administration, including advising on local staffing issues
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Arranging travel, including accommodation and flights for staff and visitors
  • Welcoming guests to the office
  • Other general tasks, as and when required
