• Controlling shipping documents
• Checking and encoding invoices and cost notes
• Monitoring the open position and timely execution of the different commodities
• Maintaining communication and contact with various internal departments and third parties
• Completing or closing of ship files

• Hbo working knowledge
• About three years of work experience
• Some experience with shipping documents has preference
• Good communication skills, Spanish and/or German and/or French would be a plus
• Result driven
• Team player
• Accurate
