PROCUREMENT & FACILITIES OFFICER (M/V)

Procurement:

• Together with management you will develop and maintain a procurement strategy that will assist in maintaining a profitable business and providing the company competitive advantages in the areas of materials, supplies and services
• Developing strategies for assigned procurement area to include spend analysis, market conditions, in-house considerations and strategic importance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required by the department or management
• Locate, analyse, and develop a consolidated supplier base to meet current and future needs
• Evaluate bids, select and recommend suppliers. Negotiate price, delivery, quality and service
• Manage and optimise suppliers quality and delivery performance including continuous improvement, innovations, obsolesce and reduction of costs

Facilities

• Ensure that services, logistics and facilities are coordinated and aligned also supervises the proper performance of work by suppliers, internal departments or any external party
• Make inventory of new joiners and other movers and set up floor plans and available space to Partners and/or Managers for further discussion

• Bachelor degree in Business, Facilities, Hospitality, Materials Management or equivalent
• Experience with procurement principles, theories and processes and contracting
• Two+ years of experience
• Proficient in MsOffice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Dutch and English
• Interpersonal and people skills; ability to influence and motivate others
• Network effectively at all levels, work cooperatively both internally and externally
