Job Profile

This role is a critical success factor to the supply chain department, therefore high quality of work and great motivation is vital.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

*To ensure the correct booking of sales orders, return orders, automated purchase orders, goods receipt and other related data in SAP.
*To actively collaborate with other teams within the department to ensure smooth operations within the supply chain.
*To support and collaborate with the senior supply chain administrator in the day to day processing and decision making.
*To actively approach and address upcoming projects in which you are allocated as project owner.
*To maintain an effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
*To assist in the reporting of correct management information


Candidate Profile

*MUST BE absolutely fluent in Dutch AND English (business level required).
*MUST have hands on business level knowledge of SAP.
*Educated to HBO level.
*Minimum of 3 years administrative/logistical/customer service experience, especially dealing with sales and/or purchase orders.
*Outstanding attention to detail and level of accuracy.
*Highly stress resistant and ability to focus.
*Commercial awareness and team player attitude.
*Excellent communication skills.
*A fast learner with a proactive approach towards work.
*Willing to work on early office hours (08:00 to 16:30).
