This role is a critical success factor to the supply chain department, therefore high quality of work and great motivation is vital.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • To ensure the correct booking of sales orders, return orders, automated purchase orders, goods receipt and other related data in SAP.
  • To actively collaborate with other teams within the department to ensure smooth operations within the supply chain.
  • To support and collaborate with the senior supply chain administrator in the day to day processing and decision making.
  • To actively approach and address upcoming projects in which you are allocated as project owner.
  • To maintain an effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
  • To assist in the reporting of correct management information.
