Our offices in the Netherlands are located in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Apeldoorn, through which 180 employees serve clients on a variety HR- and Finance-related topics. The Executive Compensation practice is the world’s largest and consults with 2/3rd of the top-500 companies in the world.
Functie omschrijving The Dutch Executive Compensation practice, market leader in the Netherlands and located in the Amsterdam office, serves primarily the compensation committee of Supervisory Boards of the largest Dutch and European companies with regard to: 
 
- Executive compensation strategy and philosophy
- Benchmarking of compensation levels
- Design of short-term and long-term incentive plans
- Selection of performance measures and executing scenario analyses
- Valuation of long-term incentive vehicles
- orporate governance related topics

Responsibilities Include:

- Collating and analysing data through market research (largely pay based),
   including in-house and other data sources
- Assisting in preparation of letters and reports, 
   client presentations and meetings, and proposals 
- Summarising and forming conclusions based on analysis
  and presenting results internally and/or with clients
- Analysing corporate financial information
- Maintaining an in-house database of corporate data
- Developing knowledge of technical issues surrounding pay


Functie eisen As a result of a highly successful business we are searching for new talented associates to expand their practice. The following qualifications should apply to candidates:

- Academic background in business economics
- Affinity with corporate finance, strategy and/or accounting
- Ability to think beyond existing solutions
- Proficient in English
- Extra-curricular activities
- Accuracy, attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative to tight deadlines
