Our client is one of the leading luxury car manufacturer with their European Service Centre based in Holland. For the Headquarters, they are looking for fluent candidates with fluency in English and German to provide excellent customer service and deal with variety of tasks.

Job description:
You will be taking care of the needs of current and prospective customers when they experience a vehicle breakdown so they will contact the department for roadside assistance. You will have to insure that customers receive personal assistance in their own language at a consistently high level.

Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls from customers requiring assistance.
• Details are collated and entered into a computerized system. In case the problem can’t be solved by telephone, the employee contacts the nearest dealer who will send out a technician.
• The philosophy is to ensure the customer is mobile again as quickly as possible.

Requirements:
• Fluent both German and English.
• Experience in customer care
• Good understanding of customer satisfaction
• Ability to prioritize, analyze, plan and coordinate on high volumes
• Higher vocational education
• Good written and verbal skills
• Advanced negotiation skills
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of German geography and culture
• Team player
• Open-minded to a diversity of cultures.

Relocation Package:
• Up to 6 weeks in a Hotel
• All moving expenses including flight reimburstment
• Up to €5775 towards redecorating a new home
