IT Security Analyst

Job profile: IT security analyst Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and facilitate the banks requirements for the Production Development Segregation Framework initiative for all applications within a multi-platform infrastructure (Windows, Unix, Databases). The role will include working with various departments in the bank including IT Security and IS&D ensuring that audit points are addressed. As the ITI Co-ordinator you will be responsible to safeguard information systems from attacks against the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of computer systems, networks and the data they use.



Responsibilities include:


Providing low level scans results for Windows servers;
Coordinating scans for Unix and Databases with other DCTS teams;
Providing risk assessments for systems to the Security team based on scan results;
Liaising with system owners to identify and prevent role and access conflicts;
Attend and represent ITI at regular meetings System Owners and Security;
Liaising with development groups to ensure standards are adhered to;
Ensuring system access exceptions are understood and well documented;
Producing ITI process documents to identify controls and minimise unauthorised access and fraud;
Producing ITI management reports on progress of project;
Ensuring all documentation is up to date and available for management and auditors.
