Job Description:

First point of contact for prospective German and Italian clients (phone, email), responding with information and pricing in a professional and convincing manner, logging orders, supporting customers through the entire process, taking ownership of all customer queries, closing jobs with a good sale, maintaining accurate notes pertaining to all communication.

Experience:

Experience in sales and/or customer support
Professional background with focus on service and commerce
Affinity with technical products a plus
