Provide 1st level ICT support to our end-users worldwide with the objective to deliver excellent ICT support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness within the Service Level Agreements. receives, registers, faxes (as many as possible) and follows-up on 1st line ICT support calls; coordinates the end-to-end process to get ICT issues resolved by working together with internal and external ICT service providers; identifies and suggests opportunities to optimize the ICT service and to enhance quality systems; installs hardware and software in the Breskens offce, and performs remote installations of software; assists in ICT projects; documents systems, processes, procedures and user manuals.
