Due to further success and subsequent expansion Change Internationals ?Magic Circle? client currently has a number of exciting openings in there award winning Luxembourg practice for Corporate Lawyers at all levels. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level with the most reputable firm in the market.

As a Corporate Lawyer in this successful practice you will be responsible for advising an esteemed client portfolio on a variety of legal issues such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Re-structuring and Transaction Services. You will work closely with these firms and provide a high level of service at all times. Furthermore you will also work closely with the Partners to provide input on business development and the progress of your projects. As part of this role you will also undertake some supervisory responsibilities and assist with the training and development of junior Lawyers.

Person Specification:

? 2- 5 years working practice in a top tier law firm essential
? Educated to degree level with Law distinction from European University
? Working practice in either France/Belgium or Luxembourg advantageous
