Job Description:

-Be part of a customer orientated culture aimed at building repeat business and customer loyalty
-Build and maintain good relations with customers and suppliers
-Answer calls and e-mails from customers and suppliers
-Take ownership of all enquiries to ensure fast and efficient resolution
-Ensure the customer is kept informed of any developments relating to their query until a full resolution is reached
-Identify customer needs effectively and efficiently
-Contribute positively to the team and the business

Requirements:

-University degree or final year student
-Experience in travel industry
-Customer orientation and passion for delivering service excellence
-Fluency in English and German
-GDS knowledge would be an asset
-Excellent communication and problem solving skills
-Ability to work pro-actively as part of a team
-Ability to work to tight deadlines with a positive can-do attitude
-Outgoing personality
