 Performs new employee set-ups and migrations.
 Documents all end-user interactions in incident management system.
 Update Knowledge Base as needed.
 Recovers data from hard disk drives and/or performs data migration.
 Supports remote access for virtual private network (VPN), network computing device (NCD) and wireless communication of Laptops.
 Network printers, including the stock and replacement of toner cartridges.
 General Remote Access account issues.
 Administers Windows domain account issues.
 Responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback.
 All other tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

 Excellent customer service skills.
 Excellent verbal and written skills.
 Basic networking skills (i.e. TCPIP, DHCP, DNS etc).
 Familiar with ticketing systems.
 Remotely support VPN, desktops, laptops, PDA’s, peripherals, printers and resolves request using remote tools.

Bene, io faccio la stessa cosa però riservata alle piccole società di ogni tipo di sport. Tutte le società possono avere il loro album di figurine adesive a COSTOZERO. Il progetto è attivo anche in Svizzera e a giorni partirà in Portogallo. Per la Francia cerco persone che siano disposte a contattare società sportive della zona che vogliano realizzare il proprio Album di Figurine personalizzato senza spendere nemmeno 1 euro e dando a noi la possibilità di guadagnarci. Quindi il lavoro da fare è molto semplice: prendere contatto con le società sportive e far sapere che anche in Francia è partito il grande progetto degli Album di Figurine personalizzati. Non c’è da vendere niente ma solo far vedere gli album già stampati per altre società ai dirigenti locali. Una volta realizzato il primo album in Francia, il progetto non si fermerà più e centinaia di altre società vorranno avere il loro album GRATIS.
