You will be expected to follow, and while executing, improve the country roll out plan. The aim is to gain the market leader position as the best price and product comparison site in Denmark and Norway.   The e-Commerce Coordinator has budget responsibilities: weighing the achievements and targets, developing cost analysis in your area of responsibility, checking the contribution margin and managing the cost per click. In addition to this you will have to draw up, maintain and update a country roll out plan. This allows you to have a clear overview of the sales funnel, the conversion ratio and the customers (webshops). Aside from this you will also assist in planning and executing events and campaigns   The e-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for setting up all categories on the site. In these (sub) categories, you will have to optimize the number and quality of webshops. You will also work toward attracting new shops to the websites service and develop sustainable relationships with the contact person. You will also be managing and executing the administrative procedures, such as the contracts and use of the financial system. Moreover, you must be able to manage the products on the site, the translation of the texts, and the content, to guarantee a highly quality, comprehensive site.   To help you achieve your goals, you can rely on the expertise centres from the international organization, and you will be actively supported by the Business Development manager and the CEO.   Your home base is the head office in Utrecht, the Netherlands (next-door to the Central Station). De werkmaatschappij bestaat uit 5 Service Lines die gespecialiseerde diensten leveren op verschillende vakgebieden. Deze Consulting Lines zijn: Corporate Wellness (zorg, inkomen en verzuim), Actuarial Services, Pension Consulting, Global Benefits en Expatriate Services. Vanuit de afdeling Market Groups vinden deze Consulting Service Lines hun aansluiting op de markt. Het eindproduct is een &quot;advies op maat. Tot het klantenbestand horen o.a. grote en kleine, nationale of internationale werkgevers en pensioenfondsen.   De afdeling Market Groups speelt  een belangrijke rol in het onderhouden en uitbouwen van bestaande relaties/ prospects en bij de acquisitie van nieuwe klanten. De afdeling bestaat uit 15 professionals verdeeld over diverse locaties. Er heerst een ondernemende, collegiale en informele sfeer, gericht op samenwerken en delen van kennis.      Functiebeschrijving   Als (Senior) Client Manager Employee Benefits (EB) heb je zowel commerciële als vakinhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheden. Het accent ligt echter op het acquireren van nieuwe relaties en het verwerven van nieuwe opdrachten bij bestaande relaties. Ook krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een aantal bestaande accounts. Je klantenportefeuille bestaat uit ondernemingen met 100 tot 600 medewerkers.   Binnen het vakgebied Employee Benefits inventariseer je algemene behoeften, kansen en bedreigingen in de markt en vertaal je deze naar een risico-inventarisatie voor klanten en prospects. Samen met collega's prospects te bezoeken en hen te adviseren over de manier waarop zij doelmatig en efficiënt met hun werknemersrisico's om kunnen gaan. Hierbij zoek je aansluiting bij de dienstverlening van de collega vakspecialisten binnen het bedrijf. Tenslotte help je ook nieuwe diensten te ontwikkelen.      Functie-eisen    Minimaal vijf jaar relevante werkervaring binnen de verzekerings- of intermediairbranche;   Aantoonbare kennis op EB gebied en minimaal HBO werk-en denkniveau;   In staat om een relatienetwerk op- en uit te bouwen;   In staat om op verschillende niveaus vertrouwen te winnen en draagvlak te creëren;  Daadkrachtig met een sterke persoonlijkheid;  Commercieel oplossingsgericht en resultaatgericht;  Goed ontwikkeld analytisch vermogen en cijfermatig inzicht;   Uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.
