Job description To answer telephone, email and web based customer queries on our applications.   To act as first line support and be the interface between various key departments  providing 2 nd line support.   To support the smooth running of a range of applications and systems within Customer Services.   Checking progress on actions and taking appropriate action re potential shortfalls e.g. escalating.   To take on regular and ad hoc delegated responsibilities and tasks and take accountability for every customer contact till case resolution.   To document customer Frequently Asked Questions and to assist in building and maintaining the customer knowledge base.   Liaising with other departments to receive and provide accurate, timely and useful data.     Requirements Essential IT qualification Quick & clear at understanding and explaining Fluent in German and English IT problem qualification and root cause identification Desirable IT experience in Java, client and Unix At least 2 years in an IT role At least 1 year in a banking environment Customer handling experience Experience working with people at all levels within the Customer Service Environment Some Dutch for internal communication.
