The Distribution Customer Support Representative provides information to internal customers regarding outbound logistics and returns and prepares documents for outbound logistics including export documents. Participates in projects and initiatives to optimize customer service and minimize costs. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  • Coordinating all outbound shipments on an operational level. This requires close communication with Customer Support, Shipping and Receiving, Order Picking, logistic service providers and other departments.  • Organise shipments to Latin America, USA/Canada, Pacific and Far East and maintain an efficient working relationship with external logistic service providers.  • Prepare all necessary export documentation, such as Commercial invoices, Certificates of Origin, Manufacturer Declarations and L/Cs.  • Follow-up on customer questions and issues regarding shipments and returns.  • Follow-up on all questions and issues (including special requests) from internal customers regarding outbound logistics.  • Coordinate and assist on return orders / shipments.  • Communication within Distribution and with other departments to discuss customer issues.  • Effective communication with logistics service providers (a.o. operational, escalation and issue resolution)  • Provide input for the Distribution Service Guide.  • Provide and maintain up-to-date information regarding above mentioned activities.  • Participate in improvement projects to increase customer service and minimise costs.  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures.  • Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.  • On an as needed basis, performs order fulfillment work directly.</p><br/><ul><li><b>Industria:</b> Otros</li><li><b>Tipo de empleo:</b> Tiempo completo</li><li><b>Anuncio:</b> <a href="http://jobs.justlanded.com/es/Holanda/Ofertas-de-empleo_Profesionales-Empresas_Atencion-al-Cliente/Distribution-customer-support-rep-1">Distribution customer support rep</a></li></ul>]]>
