DEMAND PLANNER AD INTERIM

The main purposes in your function as Demand Planner are to produce a consolidated forecast for the French market. In your position you have to build and maintain an 18 months forecast on a daily basis, you have to monitor and identify potential limited shelf-life stock problems, you have to take leadership of new product introductions in your regions and manage the sales forecast database.

Your responsibilities include:
- Challenge the forecasts for the new products and promotions with monthly follow-up on 12 month forecast accuracy and actual demand figures;
- Reconcile operational forecast to financial forecast;
- Propose and implement process to improve forecast performance;
- Continuously maintain a "clean" historical demand in DS (cleaned from any abnormal quantities that represent a "spike" versus the normal business);
- Work with all local supply chain actors to maximize fill rate and ship on time;
- Monitor inventory and take necessary actions in coordination with sales force to keep inventory within agreed targets;
- To facilitate the promotional update review meetings;
- Take leadership of new product introduction in your region;
- Prepare and participate to S&OP process.
