PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

As manager for Machining/Manufacturing department:

- You are in charge of operational management of the manufacturing structures (30 people - 4 team leaders)
- You work close to the maintenance, the schedule team, the industrialization team and the engineering department.
- You follow the production planning in order to respect deadlines, costs and quality.
- You maximize the productivity in implementing SMED, Kaizen and lean manufacturing.
- You contribute to the future investment plan.
